Tucker joined Pollart Miller LLC in 2018 after graduating from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. He represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in defending workers’ compensation claims.
During law school, Tucker gained valuable experience working for two mid-size law firms as well as the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado where he focused primarily on civil litigation. He also served as Articles Editor for the nationally renowned University of Denver Water Law Review as well as Vice President of the Land Use Law Society.
Before attending law school he studied at the University of Colorado where he earned a bachelor’s degree in news editorial journalism with a certificate of emphasis in political science.
